Now Trophy x3 dont work (in bounty we all have x3 and it just shown x2 in trophy shelf and Buff)

and

the DOT Reduction Stone or the castle is broken. i shouldnt get any DOT damage, but i still get 1000.

please fix asap

Clearing cache and deleting cookies does not fix it.

Sometimes (such as now) I open my playable game window (browser) and can not open specific sub option windows /popups (quests, shop, options), while some can be opened! (ship overview / crew)

Ranked Points went down again for no reason , i think it is a bug atp

last time i posted my level was 34 , im 50 now , perma farming and my battle points are 20k up
everything went and my login streak is at 15 , i login everyday

I woke up today to my ranked points going down by 7 million

please check it and please fix it

i logged in recently and found that my rank was demoted , a total loss of 11 million points, it went from 13 million to 2 million , then i entered and did rift and it became 1 million, so 1 million less after rift and 12 million total.

i do realy care about my ranked points and its one of the reasons i play alot.
I have talked to support and they kept replying with maybe its rift or maybe you broke your login streak or maybe...

its none of that , i do rift/daily quests/ i level up...
