Cannons Don't Shoot

Hi,

I am not sure if this has been reported or not but after yesterday's restart during the day (14 March 2014), when you click on an npc, fire button doesn't light up and you cannot shoot. It is just like you don't have any cannons on-board. I checked storage trove and my all cannons are on board and decks. If you log out completely and re-log sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Even if it seems to work when you click on the second npc, firing stops again.

I have had the same problem, half-way through a fight with other players all of the sudden I can't shoot them anymore unless I get right next to their boat.

Skyfires do work normally though...can't really sink people with skyfires all day though.

Hi, I have tried all...i even re-installed windows...no change

 

i have the same problem but have discover if i put on windstorms and take back off i can fire

 

then try to clear browser cache and empty the cookies

hmm since updated this game has so many prolems

 

The team are aware of the current issues and are working to resolve this.
