    *User ID: 85/35647378 well before it was congestion error now its (21% - init global actions control) since the restart at least before there was a countdown to log in now nothing why cant they just leave it alone? it was already bad enough then they do a cpl restarts make it worse and go home for the weekend.some one fix this please i still cant log in.an now its saying 62% - loading map tiles

    they posted shortly ago they where doing a sync, that can take longer then a typical server restart.
     
  3. Just plain tired of the log on problem that they just can't fix now it's the weekend and it will stay this way for many hours.

    let's face it they can't fix it.

    Between that and lack of progress on the ams problems that are now well over 30 days old with no help or sign of help .

    I'm going to take the weekend off, won't play Monday or Tuesday; log in Wednesday and if not better in all ways will log off period.

    Sorry but it just isn't worth my efforts to play on a game that has such little care about the players.

    yup its Edit with the thousands of dollars i dumped in this Edit game that when i want to play it i cant because big point cant hire any decent programers its pretty Edit sad

    We are aware our players are frustrated but you have received a warning for your offensive language. Please remember other players have to read this.

    We are aware of several problems that have occurred since the sync this evening. Regarding the Congestion Error problem, if you get this please wait a few minutes before logging back into the Sea Chart. If you get sunk, please close the Sea Chart completely and then try opening it back up again rather than clicking to repair your ship automatically – it may take a couple of attempts before this works.

    We apologise for all the inconvenience caused and are working on fixing the most critical issues that arise.

    i cant even get on the water stuck at 21 percent for hours

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused; unfortunately, even though we are the technical help, we are not the game programmers. There are many things that we can fix right away, but more complex issues require more complex solutions that also take time.

    We know and understand your frustration, but in this case, this is (unfortunately) not something that can be resolved with a quick fix. Our team is hard at work and I know you've already been advised of this, but you will need to continue to remain patient.

    Here is a resolution provided by another player:

    Close the seachart window. Open options on the back page and delete all history (cookies etc.).

    If this method works for everyone it will give the tech team a clue as to the origin of the problem.
