doesnt work

    Here is a resolution provided by another player:

    Close the seachart window. Open options on the back page and delete all history (cookies etc.).

    If this method works for everyone it will give the tech team a clue as to the origin of the problem.

    this didnt work,but is this what bp has resorted to resolutions by other players instead of the ppl being paid to fix this?

    I've tried that and it didn't work. Now this morning it says I've been sunk and I haven't been able to get on since Friday afternoon USA West Coast time. I hope it was a good fight!!!

    Ahoy mate,

    Try this, open up the water page, but immediately minimize it and look at the home page for a minute, then pull up the water page this works for me.

    start browser -> login to sf -> delet all cache -> start map

    Heard this also works, remember to delete cache before you load up sea chart.
