    my chat is missing on my boat. i have reset my page, reset it in the Configurator, and cleared cache and cookies. please look into this

    Hello
    Possible solutions:
    • Options (F8) ----> Start Configurator ----> Reset Sea Chat.
    • Options ----> Graphics ----> Elements and active "Chat (reboot required).
    • Open/Close the Sea Chat (corner upper left).
    • Click Right ----> "Configuración Global" (Global Configuration) ----> "Avanzado" (Advanced) ----> "Eliminar Todo" (Remove All).

    can you reset my chat and my game window? i seem to not be able to click on just those two.

    This appears to be working as designed. When you are on the sea chart, please click on the option tab and then click on the configuration button. When this brings up the small box click on the chat reset button, then the chat box will appear on the sea chart. Press the entry button to close the configuration and place the chat box where you are comfortable with it.
