/ symbol is not recognised but this is part of id number . without it can you still book items to correct account?

I think the reward is given out at a later date. although it did say it would be dished out once the survey was closed, whether this be 'close the tab' or when they close the actual survey.

Although players that have submitted full id including the server id, aswell as just the player id neither have gained the rewards.

I only used the word shit mate. I play this game like 2 months again and already had like 12-20 chat bans for the most stupid reasons...
