    I completed the survey however I´m pretty sure I only put my user id no at the end, should I do the survey again or will the id no be enough ?

    Go back to the survey page , just click on continue and you can edit your survey :)

    which is the correct #? XX/XXXXXXXX, or XXXXXXXXXX, or XX XXXXXXXX, or XXXXXXXX?

    I just used the second of your format options XXXXXXXXXX by removing the / forward slash and it was accepted okay.

    Ahoy mate,

    Make sure you put it in xx/xxxxxxxxx form. Copy and paste it directly from the homepage on your home screen. Hope this helps mate.

    I also did it in xx/xxxxxxxxx form. Survey notice says rewards will be booked when survey closes and so might take a couple days.
