not recieved pyro, from voucher or payment

not recieveing pyro's from voucher, or payment section tried twice, now waiting.. seems no one else on my server has bought any ammo with $ yet. lol

Have you made the purchases already? If so, you must contact the customer care team. They need to handle all payment issues. We are unable to do that on the forum. They will also be able to help you with your voucher issue.

i also have not recieved any from voucher or the ones i purchased. submitted a support ticket but havent heard back in over 24 hrs from initial response. had a problem with harpoon pack only giving partial as well. just wanted to post so that it was known that another person was also having the same issue.
