44%

My sea page will not finish loading. It gets to 44% and just stays there. Haven't been able to get on the water for over 2 days now. The home page isn't loading right either. I have already emptied my caches, and deleted cookies, but still no luck.

Please clear your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC after.

Then please could you try deleting your Flash cookies and cache, this is different from the regular browser cache.

From the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache.

Once done please restart your browser and try again.

Please also check if the browser that you are using has its own flash player and disable it if it does as this can sometimes cause conflicts with macromedia flashplayer
The cct team are able to log onto your account, therefore this is not a problem from our side. As you can see from your log book they were able to shoot an npc in the 1 maps.

Well I have tried ALL the above...twice, and still can not get past the 44%. I see that I am not the only one that this has just recently happened to (hint, hint) and I have seen in some of the other posts that the cct team was able to access their accounts also. I don't have a clue what to do now, but sure would love to get back on the water again.

 

Hello, i have a something that works sometimes. Make sure you haven't got 2 flash players activated, also check if your browser and flash player are up to date.

I have done everything that was suggested, everything is all up to date, tried using different browsers, get the same results from them all. I am not sure where I would look to see if 2 flash players were activated at the same time??

All I know is that my problems all started a few days ago when alot of the other players that have posted the same problem did too. I hadn't made any changes to my computer, or programs to have caused this, and ALL my other sites that I usually go to are ALL still working fine. I do not see how there is any way the problem can be on my end, but if it is, i REALLY want to fix it badly. Sux to be missing an event, and to day is day 3 of no game play on Seafight. :-(

 

sometimes its nothing to do with the flash player it is more to do with the computer running to many programms and sometimes programms you dont know of them running.

follow the steps in the link after you have done them try logging on again and let us know how you got on.

 

Ok, I went to the link, and did what it said to do. I only had 5 programs on the startup, I unchecked 4 of them and only left my antivirus checked, seapage is still only loading to 44% and then just stalls or something. It never finishes loading from 44%, and I still don't have a clue lol. Thank you all very much for your help tho.

What browser are you using? If you are using IE make sure you have Activex Flash and if you are using firefox or chrome make sure Flash plugin is turned on. Activex is for IE and Plugin is for other browsers, this may be a bit of the issue.

 

I am using Firefox, and the Shockwave Flash is marked "Always On"

 

Holy Crap! Just tried to log on water again, and BANG!! I am on! Sweet, I may never turn Seafight again! lmao. Once again thank you all for all of your help. Happy sailing all!
