top player banned

i was trying to comment on a post and it would not let me but you cannot ban an account for saying turkish, this is by far the biggest mistake made in the game of seafight, as far as i no a language cannot be banned and turkish is native to the country of turkey or am i incorrect?

 

this is no way a ship ban they are turkish player there language is turkish isnt it lol theyve banned someone for saying turkish when people dont get a chat ban for sayin the N word in open chat, oh and this comes from turkish players aswel personally i think bp have just lost 1 of the best players of the game a 5 year vet of seafight never been ship banned either not right at all hope hes unbanned and compensated

I think the best course of action is support for you guys/gals. We are not able to do anything about this in the open forum. If it is a chat ban, it must be dealt with the chat team and the banned player. If it is an account ban, the player must contact support. This is the best course of action.

REALLY you have been banned for saying turkish are you having a laugh thats stupid they cannot ban you for saying turkish as you guys have stated this is a language its not a bannable offence from chat never mind a ship ban jesus, i think you need to speak to a lawyer and sew bigpoint for this thats just plain daft, sort your heads out mods

Speaking another language on an English server can get you chat banned btw.

 

no i aint getting it a top player has been banned for saying the word TURKISH not for speaking the language a 14 day off water ban for say a word thats not remotely racist and its banned for racism this is not right

 

Then if that Moderator/Administrator doesn't step up and say why he or she was banned off the water... I believe we have a problem. Just do what Nimitz told you. Go to support and ask them why.

You are mistaken we do not have unlimited access to accounts much less access. That is reserved for admins only. If you wish to pursue this you must contact customer care. I will now close this thread.
