So as of July 2014 no-longer taking UGC and as of now no-longer taking Pay by Cash where is remaining cash balance from game card going if not taking Pay by Cash anymore? Taking UGC for another 2 months and players have no clue about left over balance from game cards. I think should let players be aware of this since have to jump through hoops here now trying to get money back from Pay by Cash that let over balance from UGC's.

    Ahoy mate,

Paybycash is not a BP site. It is a third-party site which the payment goes through. Your balance is still there, it is now just no longer a viable option for purchase in the Seafight payment area. As for the UGC's I do not have any information on this currently, once we do it will be posted I assure you.

UGC when used has a balance that went to Pay by Cash so why not let people now if they use UGC they are throwing there money away because the balance I have and other can not use or get to. You say have to contact support and have they respond have to email Pay by Cash support and have been trying to get money back ever since BP decided to do this without warning and getting the run around but not surprised also support said as of JULY 2014 not taking UGC my point why take UGC's if can not use the left over money from game cards show BP could care less about it's Customer.

According to my understanding, the payment services above mentioned are third-party sites. Check with them to see if you can get your money back. However, Bigpoint should announce such changes not for being stated in any act, but for responsability with the costumers and ethic issues.

Keelhull, I use UGC as well. However, Bigpoint does not control or have anything to do with paybycash it is a third party who is owned by playspan who is intern owned by visa. You will need to contact the paybycash support to get the balance from your account as it should still be there. We are not able to do that for you as that is all hosted and run by paybycash.

Ok if you are still using UGC what happens to your left over money now? So why not let player be aware of this fact. I have sent many emails to Pay by Cash all week like I said it's a big run around maybe get money back next month at this rate. What would be nice is to let players know before a big change like that could have spent the money and not have gone throught this and why still take UGC until July when unless sending left over money to another site that players can access and still use. This really show the stantards of BP to put there customers through this they could care less about them, don't like to bad.

As stated, the left over money in the paybycash account. That is where you will need to get it from. How paybycash's customer support works is in no way related to Bigpoint. I will pass along you dissapointment mate. I am sorry, but there is nothing more we can do.
