    really bp yesterday i lose my carpenter and i dont get it beck and today i come to play a littel bit and see this LOST CONNECTION ! i can log in on seachart comon you guys fix this game or close it if you cant fix this things :(:(:(

    ok ok im just angry cause they tok my lvl5 carpenter and they dont give to me beck i am waiting till now nothing i can fighet and do event without that i cant rep fast :(:(:(:(

    They're hopefully working on returning lost carpenters, 90% of time lost connection is a restart so just be patient.

    This is not a discussion thread, please do not be argumentative here. Painter are you still having issues logging on? If so please post your user id and server that you play on so that this can be looked into.

    Write to Support, they will fix it quickly I think. Many have had this problem. As for Lost Connection, I did not see server reset message but I too lost connection. Is all good. Write Support. They will give back carpenter.
