    Your fellow pirates are correct, it cannot be obtained currently. Also, whether it will be available again or not we do not know.

    oh wow... no wonder while I was on my 9 month break folks were hitting me up if i wanted to give up -2 or -1.. they both have Specter skin... now if I can remember the code for -1...
