    hello i have what might seem like a repeated question. i made a purchase for the gingerbread and did not get credit for them? just wanted to know if i have to do anything to make this happen and to get credit for them

    Yes I just had the same issue. Got the Congratulations screen twice! and no Gingerbreadmen showing up on my account. Please respond thanks

    i did too. put a ticket into support. still no response from this morning but i guess patiance is in order

    i also got that same screen but didnt get the stuff i also put a ticket into support and am waitin to hear back on it

    there has been an announcement in the forums that they are aware of the issue and are working on it :) hopefully not too long
