    hi there
    I can not send gold from guild to members :S

    it says:
    You are not allowed to pay another user using Gold from the guild treasury. Only the guild leader or the council reserve this right.

    whats the problem with that ?

    You need to be leader or first/second councilor to pay out gold.

    Why is that? What if leader and 1st and 2nd councils are habitually absent?

    This is the way that the council positions were set. If the councilors with this ability are habitually absent, then it is down to the leader to decide whether to change council positions.
