Npc damage gem not working

The 10% npc damage gem is not working will this be fixed soon?

 

yes its not workring....i have same damage with or without it

 

This is not working same damage so either u give me the damage or the pearls i paid for it back

 

Any mod can answer this?

 

We are having a few reports of this, I am looking into it, as the new system is just in place today please give us a little time to look into the issue.

Ahoy mate,

From my understanding, it is a visual glitch. it should be 10% elp. This is not confirmed, but that is what I am hearing as it comes from the seahawk and the supremacy, both which give large ELP bonuses. Please note this has not been confirmed yet.

 

I only bought the skin because it had the 10% extra damage vs NPCs if it does not give this please take my skin and return the pearls.
