Powder Monkeys gone from the Market

I just noticed that the Powder Monkeys are gone from the Market. The last time they were there was 2 hours ago. Is this a temporary glitch? Any idea when they will be back?

I do not know why they are not there. I do not see them as well. You can purchase them through trader > equipment still. However currently you cannot bid on them.

will my powder monkeys expire now since i can't bid on them?

if this is bug only and its being fixed, it should be fair to players(LOL) that current monkeys on board don't expire till this gets fixed.

 

Great a needed item taken out of the market place and with that post on the German forums it's guaranteed we'll be waiting a long time for them to come back.

 

Hmm.....

200 monkeys * 50 pearls each = 10,000 pearls every two weeks.

That's crazy! They either need to fix the problem and get them back in the Market or they need to let them live past 14 days.

 

I think that the powder monkeys will still expire after 14 days. You can still get them in the Trader --> Equipment section for pearls. They just took them out of the bazaar.

You can also collect mojo from shinies and get them out of the cauldron for free.

 

I suppose that if I had a shiny Bot I might get enough mojos to get 200 monkeys every two weeks. As it is, I probably get less than 20 a week that way (they are not a common win in the Cauldron). That still leaves a lot of pearls needed to get the rest.

 

Well, I can only tell from my experience. One needs about 1700 mojo to get the 200 powder monkeys. That's about 122 mojos or 61 shinies that give mojos a day. While not easy one can still do that while sailing around the map - without using non-authorized programs.
