problems

ok i just started playing again and when i left seafight i had the big buccaneer and some elite skins, now that im back it says i have a warship and i can not find the big bucc anywhere, And also everytime i log out then try to log in again it says no account with this username and password is found but i can go to forgot password and change it but still nothing??? but i can play after i change my password, i hit the back button after that then can play but as soon as i log out wont let me back in unless i change password.

 

If you were inactive for a long time, the system automatically deletes inactive accounts.

If this is the case, we cannot do anything since the user data is gone permanently.

 

it lets me play i go to forgot password then forgot username and it sends an email and lets me change my password then i have to confirm it then when i confirm it i click back and it takes me to to my home page then im able to play where i left off but wont let me log in?

 

Ahoy mate,

You should be able to play using the password you changed it to. Make sure you are using the right username and password when you login. If you dont, then you will not be allowed to log in.

 

ok i am able to log in now but what about the elite skins or can you use them anymore?

 

have you looked in ship when on the water, its at the top of the sea chart just to the right of centre, that's where you have to go to view your skins and change them now.

 

yes i did it says warship and pinnace, used to have the big buccaneer with the elite skins from shooting elite cannonballs?

 

On reviewing your account I can confirm that the elite levels are now back upon your account with the relevant gems.

Please remember if you wish to use the gems on other designs, move them to your inventory so you do not make any errors on replacing on top of other gems.
