    The Winter Event clearly had many issues and many players may be very unhappy. Sure there are many that thought it was sliced bread as well. Not having the GB Men packages available until the end of the event really rubbed salt on the wounds for many.

    I feel really bad for the Mods though - you guys have to deal with and try to satisfy upset players day in and day out, even when you may not have had anything to do with the issue. Just look at the technical issues section and all the issues players have. I think we as players, look up to you for answers and as a conduit for reconciliation. For that, we should all thank you...

    ps. Please bring GB packs to US East :)

    I agree as well. The mods are trying their best with what limited powers they do have. Unfortunately, people always look for the most convenient people to blame for their troubles.

    Thank you very much for the kind words folks. It is much appreciated. We are players too and always understand where you are coming from and also feel your frustrations. We volunteer because we want to help and hearing that it is appreciated makes it more worthwhile.
