Cannons off main deck

    I have a problem with the cannons on the main deck...Every time I log off and log on I have to replace my cannons on my main deck...I do not mind this...but not all fights..some fights i will loose my cannons off my main deck and hit for half my hitting power. I have lost some battles because of this,,,Please repair my ship...Thank you....ID...85/27798276....

    Our developers are working under high pressure to resolve the current problem. Unfortunately we do not have more information to tell you about this. Therefore, all we can ask is that you are patient.

    OK i will be patient...but will someone inform me when this problem is fixed...Also why is this problem only on some accounts and not on all accounts. This is very strange....Do i really expect answer to this...

    It is very strange, which makes it a little more difficult to fix as it is not affecting all players. Please be assured however that it is being worked on.

    Most fixes are placed in the patch day notices. Please keep an eye out for them there.

    As I have no further information at this time.
