Being Patient

On Sept 13th., I reported my voodoo cannons going off my main deck.. this happens when i log off and sometimes during a battle with another pirate. At that time I was told to be patient and that bigpoint was looking into the problem...Here it is 1 month later..no changes...What do the mods do...nothing....they tell a player things are going to get fixed and close the post, promptly forget about....I have been patient, my problem has not been fixed, therefore i do not want this post closed until it is fixed...because once closed, it is forgotten.

 

The mods do not tell players that they will get things fixed. We inform players that we will report this to the appropirate parties. The mods cannot fix, we are simply a go between for some issues. Some problems we can, but not with large game issues such as these.

While we realise it is very inconvenient there really is nothing further we can do. When we have an update we will ensure players are informed.

 

Well it has been a month and I'll bet it would have been fixed if it cost bp money...Maybe you should pass this onto the Dev team and they can fix it

The Development Team is who we have passed it to. We continue to pass it up in every report we write. I realize your saturation, but there is nothing more we can do right now.

 

sorry for hijacking the thread but im curious you state there is nothing you can do but yet you leave the thread open? there is something you can do get one or more of these so called developers out to start answering for there wrong doings no sense you mods taking the brunt of the issue when as you say its not your control it would actually make things alittle easier on your daily trolling thru the forums just a thought and again sorry for the hijack

 

We do our best mate. However, they are unforutnately, not at our beck and call . We report what we can constantly. Again, as there is nothing more we can do besides pass it along, I will close.
