    Ahoy mate,

It's been stated before, there is a cap on guild gold, it's 4.2 billion, it should not go over that, however the system that caps it has not been worked on for a while. It's the guild leaders responsibility to ensure the guild does not go over this, they should be reporting it.

are you serious? am I understanding that you want the players to police the game? so who decides what rules are enforced the mods, big point management, the players? I have never seen it written anyplace that the guilds gold has to be monitored by guild leaders . You have got some set of balls trying to blame the players for the games short comings. I will say this again the mod team is part of the problem not the solution.

unfortunately jedi it was the players who put it this way. there was a gold problem with people being naughty and having trillions of gold on their boats, hogging the market cove, sending the guild treasury ect ect so BP did something about this and capped the gold players and guilds have. any player who has more gold than the capped amount is stripped of the gold and banned, the guilds would be stripped of the gold from the treasury. it's only some of the players to blame. if the cap is 4.2 billion then it's the leaders decision to distribute among the boats to reduce the amount as mods can't do it for them.

to be honest i did not know what the cap was. clearly the rule was not enforced for a very long time or they were to inept to fix the issue. i guess this rule is the only 1 being enforced as botting and players using add ons goes unchecked.i also remember seeing a post that guilds or players who had accumulated gold from caps or other legal means were allowed to keep there gold? i guess this is another rule that was made up as we went along.turnip you or the mod team can twist the rules any way you want to but dont ever say to me its my job to report game issues.

4.2 billions is way too low. If a big guild wants to make a lot of gold, they can easily cahs 1.5 billions every day with no cheats of any kind.

    Ahoy mates,

I understand your frustration as many of the gold is gotten through legitimate means such as capping other players. However, these large amounts of gold was introduced into the game via illegitimate means. This rule has been enforced for a while. And contrary to what you think, bots and other "add-ons" do not go unchecked. We investigate and ban players when they get sent in. It is not a simple matter of saying "he did that" or "she was doing this". There are legal implications that have to be taken into account. And no matter how much all the players want others banned, there are legal boundaries which have to be followed. The matter of having a max amount of gold is a simple rule to enforce and is the most visible. The mods and admins volunteered to work on this game to be liaisons between the players and the development team. Every week we pass up issues and problems in this game. We do indeed have the best of players at heart because we are players too. We don't want to see the game we love to go downwards with cheaters anymore than other players.
