Voodoo vs. Mojo decks

So I see a lot of questions concerning the mojo and voodoo decks. Please tell me if I have this correct or not.

Mojo deck from cancer map rewards is good for 14 days.
Voodoo deck from couldron of aruba is good for 7 days.

These decks for all intents and purposes are the same deck, just amount of time they last and where they are awarded from are different. If you currently have one in stock and are awarded another, time is simply extended.

Please tell me if I am missing something, because I am wondering if the amount of time each is awarded is getting messed up.

 

mojo and voodoo decks are same thing, cancer map duration is 15 days, cauldren 7 days

Not exactly. According to the seafight bible, the mojo deck from the cancer map is for 14 days.

My questions are:
1. Am I understanding this correctly?
2. Are they named different to show that they were awarded for different reasons and therefore have a different duration?
3. Is there a possible bug in the duration one or the other?

I understand that these decks do the same thing on the boat.

 

ok after asking some peers I gathered that the information I gave you was wrong. correct information and answers to your questions are as follows.
Information
1) from the taurus and cancer maps, the mojo deck reward indeed lasts for 14 days.
Questions
1)maybe
2)no they are not named for different reasons, voodoo deck and mojo deck are the same things
3)there is no bug in the durations for the voodoo deck.

however after reading the tech section I have found that currently there is an issue where if you receive the voodoo deck at the moment, it overwrites the previous duration and runs out in 2-3 days. if this happens to you simply contact support and they will re-book it for you.

The mojo deck and the voodoo deck are the same thing.

The mojo deck from the cauldren on a x 1 lasts for 7 days. so if you get a joker on x6 and get a voodoo deck, you've got it for 6 weeks.

If you have the mojo deck for 1 week, and then go and win the voodoo deck from a scroll for 14 days, you shall have the mojo deck for 3 weeks.

Actually, if someone got a voodoo deck on a joker x6 they would have it for 7 weeks, because you get the deck itself, then 6x from jokers.

That's how it used to work...not 100% if it's stilll works like this, as far as I am aware it does.
