    Hi my premium is almost going to run out but I can't seem to renew it because it says its still active. My question is this if I wait until my premium runs to renew it would my ebony and ivory decks and sailmaker and disappear?

    yes you will loss both decks if it expires , so if u want to keep them renew before your premium expires

    Ahoy,

    If you did not cancel your renewal, your premium will automatically be bought again by the system. However if you canceled it, when it runs out you will lose your ebony deck and level 5 repair mate if you have him, also if you have 1 sail maker he will last 1 day after, at which point you will then lose your sailmaker. You will not lose your Ivory deck, as this is perminent.

    I wont let me renew it because it says its active.

    So if I just let it run out the system will buy it automatically? and I wont have to worry about my items being removed/lost?

    This is correct. As long as you have not cancelled the automatic renewal then the system will do this for you.

    If you have any problems with this please contact our Customer Care Team, they will help you further.
