banned permanently!

    we will completely block any use of cheats, exploits and bots as well as permanently ban any pirates who use such programs. I have never used bots programs or cheats codes etc... but I've been banned for two weeks so next week when seafight makes the same mistake I loose my ship . I see a problem u need to make thing right and un banned my ship why should I pay for your mistakes . 2 weeks is almost up im still banned calling me a cheater and a liar. sob.

    How are you banned permanently?
    2014-11-05 is 05-11-2014 and today is 01-11-2014. You have 4 days of your ban remaining.

    Also when your account gets banned, it is usually for a reason. They have special systems to show whether or not you are botting or cheating, therefore the computer system cannot lie. Am I right?

    This is not a forum matter, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team.

    Our detection system does take time to collect the data we require before removing such users from the game. However it is up to our developers and game designers who work tirelessly to remove such cheats from our games.

    All bans made are valid and will stand.
