Rebate not working

    I noticed I was charged full price for elite cannonballs even though I have rebate please check into this

    It shows that the price is full but when buying it you will see you get the discount.

    the rebate discount is not working at the moment and as usual we have to wait until monday at least before it will be fixed.

    We have had a few reports of this and are looking into the issue. Thank you for your patience while we look into it.

    We were informed this matter was resolved, however we are now aware that it has returned. I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you. This has again been forwarded to the appropriate people, however, unfortunately it will be Monday before this is likely to be resolved.
