baned unlimited

hello wich should i contact to open my ship again it was baned about 1 year ago, unlimited
can you help,i heard from other players that if you get baned unlimited it might unbaned again

 

this is why you dont do things in the game your not supposed to if your banned for a exploit or a cheat i pray you dont get your account back its because of people like yourself that we lost so many good people alot of my good friends on this game quit because of people who use unfair advantages and if thats the case i dont think you should be able to play i think it should be an ip ban instead of just the ships being banned but thats my opinion

I think you should start from the beginning and suffer the slings and arrows of a small account trying to make it again. And really, do you think they put your old account on a shelf somewhere? It was prolly deleted. Even if BP wanted to, which I hope they don't, I can't imagine they could. I do think you should be allowed to start from the beginning of a new account, though. You didn't kill a bunch of people and even criminals get paroled eventually. Of course, most go back to jail too...

 

Oh so they can run same exploits and bot program on the new account? They don't learn and will repeat over and over stealing and costing legit people more or wait they just quit right because sick of the cheats.

IP ban dont work cause you just change it

 

Dont ban Delete all their accounts.
