Burning Ice Ammo Crafting?

as per the official announcement for the Winter Thaw event, it has identified only the date when ammunition melt on 6th February at 12 noon (CET)! But did not specify a time when the ability to craft burning ice ammo will be over?? I my self i thought it will be same date as the ice ammo melting...So I preferred to spend my time on the event and after i start craft as many burning ammo as i can! But suddenly discovered that the ice chamber had disappeared!!

so could u plz put it back till 6th February?? if the announcement had missed this point its ur fault not ours..Thanks

 

This was only available during the event. The event has now ended and this ability has now been removed. We will request that it be returned for a few days, but this may not be possible.

 

It was NEVER stated that it would be only available during event! When you state that something will disappear from inventory if it is not used or crafted to another ammunition (Burning Ice) there should have been an exact date that this should be done. The ONLY information that was given was that this would happen were in the FAQ's for the event:

When will the Ice Ammo melt?

The Ice Ammo will melt on 6th February at 12 noon (CET). No other ammo will melt – only the Ice Ammo!

What ammo can I craft and how?

In the Ice Chamber (Trader Tab) you can craft Ice Ammo using Snow Ammo plus a little bit of gold. You can also simply buy the Ice Ammo in the Black Market for pearls if you do not have enough Snow Ammo left.

In addition, it is also possible to craft Burning Ice Ammo using Ice Ammo and some pearls – however Burning Ice Ammo will not cause extra damage against the Event NPCs during the Winter’s Thaw Event since it is meant for PvP.


There is no indication that all Ice Ammo we wish to convert to Burning Ice must be done prior to the end of the event.

It is your responsibility to indicate such information to us when it regards something that will be stripped from us that we have paid for. If you refuse to allow the Ice Chamber to be used for the remaining time alotted before you remove it from our inventory then you should reimburse us for the cost of it. 600 Pearls per 1000 Iceballs is not exactly cheap, especially when millions of Iceballs were purchased for the specific purpose of converting them over AFTER they were no longer needed after the event ended and were no longer needed for extra damage on event NPC's.

 

As stated you were informed that the ammo will melt. If the ability to upgrade it is not there now the event has ended that is not the forum teams decision. Again I will state the request has been forwarded, however it may not be a possibility.

 

It was NOT stated that we would not have the ability to convert the ammo prior to it melting. You agree that would be outright unfair and no fault of our own. You say it is not your decision? WE didn't write the program that removed the Ice Chamber prematurely. We did not fail to disclose that it would be required to be done prior to the end of the event, not the date that it would melt. You have 3 options as I see it.

1. Return the Ice Chamber

2. Don't have Iceballs melt

3. Reimburse us in pearls for the Iceballs purchased.


This is what is fair. Not asking for anything special, only to do what is right. Show me anywhere that prior, or during event, that we would be required to convert Iceballs or risk losing them, if not done so before the end of the event. It was only stipulated it would happen by the 6th. You have 3 days to correct this, yet within minutes of event ending you state, that it is not possible. Doesn't sound like anyone tried very hard to do something to correct the issue. Sounds more like this was your intent all along.
