    Purchased the Loyalty Advantage on 2-3-15 had 9822 pearls now have 10922. I should have more than 19000 pearls please take care of this issue its says its active but no pearls yet.Thanks ID NO.40/41987181

    you may as well contact support now bud, as that is what the forum mods will tell you to do, they do not handle payment issues which this will come under.
