"Love is Pain" package

I just saw this available on the home page of my baby boat (at the bottom among the promotional banners), but cannot find it on my main boat home page. Is this only available for smaller boats? Thank you for your help!

 

This pack is available to all, however is only available via the teaser on the home pages, please try to refresh your screen a couple of time, and it should show up.

 

I refreshed it over 100 times last night and it never did show up at the bottom of my homepage. Tried refreshing some more just now and still nothing. My User ID is 40/39576125 on the U.S. East server.

Well - I know what the Teaser looks like - like I said, I saw it on my baby boat account. I must have bought the "Love is Pain" pack in the past and can't buy it again. I refreshed 40 times and nothing. All I get each time are these: The Premium Teaser (far left) and two of these 4 Teasers: the Voodoo Novice Crate ,Voodoo Conjurer Crate, Voodoo Master Crate, and "New Boarding System". And none of these have I ever purchased ("New Boarding System" refers to buying the Level 3 Commander, which I have not). Could you ask if that's why I am not seeing it...because I have bought it once before? Thank you for all of your time and help....I do appreciate it!
