    Still no help from support on Feb.2-3-15 I purchased the Loyalty Advantage XL for 8 weeks. It is Active but have not gotten a single Pearl . As you told me I contacted Support and they ask for more information I gave it to them. Nothing in the way of help been given or Pearls .What else do they need from me ? I gave them Player I.D. NO.40/41987181 The Contact Form NO. and the Transaction NO. Game name and NO. Server USA East do they enjoy making pay to play users angry ? I know you can`t help much on any purchased items.But ask you to look into my account and check for any 10000 pearls added to my account you wont find any you find the Loyalty Advantage Green and Active but no pearls given and once you check into it send it to Support team which seem to need a lot better training I feel sorry for you MODS. this is why your job is so rough the support team sucks.Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to help with payment issues on the forum. As they involve sensitive information, support is the only one able to assist you with these matters. As a forum team, this is something that is out of our hands.

    Can you at least guess why support acts like customer do not matter . A support team that treats customer like this could get costly with the right legal team for BP.

    Sorry for not reply til now big storm knocked internet out. Yeah they responded today they said they can only respond in English and English servers .Last time I looked I am on USA East server and write in English and speak English how can support and I use that name lol help us when they do not what English is they better lay those crack pipe a side and do the job right they acted like I wrote them in greek or something (no offence to greek) I write in English only I speak only English No wonder Seafight has so many problems those that run it are a bunch of fools.If staying that gets a warning so be it sick of the run around I get.From now on I will say what I think if I lose posting rights so be it. And yes I live in U.S.A. wish they would give you Mod. more power to help you at least do your best to help and for that I Thank you.

    If you have registered your account in another language then the English support team are unable to assist you. Whether you write to them in English or not, this is the rules they have to follow. Say you registered your account with the Hungarian flag, it does not matter if you play on the US server or the GB server you need to contact the Hungarian support team in their language.

    It was registered in English as stated I do not know any language but English and have not change anything. Support never said that in the past so what changed. 40/41987181 Check it.Never ever has support told me this like I said more run around.

    The account is registered under the German flag. There is nothing on the account showing it was ever changed. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.

    Nothing surprise me on here. Any body got a bot for Pearls I been ripped off for 80000 Pearls and 30000 pearls last time I bought this . So be it I Just cancel it no need to keep getting ripped off Thanks for trying.
