cannons from market cove

I got two 50 pounders from the market cove :

but neither of them is showing up under the new "ship" tab.

I got some of the problems that other people have been complaining about too, but I'll wait and see if they get fixed before complaining.

It is showing that you did receive them on our side, have you refreshed or logged out completely?

 

I logged out and in, cleared the cache, cleared the flash cache, all the usual things...

 

OK I think I've located the problem. I managed to buy a level 3 55 pounder and that appeared straightaway. I bought a level zero 50 pounder at the same time and that was nowhere to be seen. I went to the crystal cave and upgraded it and hey presto! It appeared. So now I'm a bit confused I think I've got another one or two level zeros that I bought that I haven't upgraded yet, but they are not appearing. Unfortunately I haven't got any crystals to upgrade them and find out.

 

So your saying that you may have these cannons, but if you don't upgrade them it does not show in your storage area.

What's happened this morning when I logged on with my one daily crystal is this:
I go to the ship tab, equipment, and it shows In Storage (105), then underneath it's got 106 cannons. Equipped on the ship I've got 3Xlevel 0 50 pounders and 3Xlevel 0 55 pounders. So in the crystal cave I've used my daily log-in crystal to upgrade one of the 55 pounders. On the ship it's gone down to 2X level 0 55 pounders but the ship is still full with 205 cannons. The upgraded level 1 cannon is in the storage area with the 106 cannons still there.

So then I bought a crystal, upgraded a zero 50-pounder, and now it shows 106+1 in the storage area, and the ship still full of 205. So I've moved a 30 pounder off the ship and moved the level 1 50 on board, and now I have storage area (105) with 107 cannon in it!

I think the crystal cave is reporting correctly, that shows that I have 2Xlevel 0 50s and 1Xlevel 0 55s. I think the ship is wrong, that shows 2X55s and 3X50s, with 107 cannons in storage where there should only be 105.

Sorry I know this is very confused but it's confusing the hell out of me!

Your account has been checked against the database and when you log in it shows you have all your cannons in the right places where they should be. So are these issues are occurring when you try to upgrade them when theyre on your ship?

 

I bought a 50-pounder this morning and it showed up in the storage area. Everything seems to be working fine now.
