    The glitters are still not back on the sea and my doubler is being wasted, i would either like refund or the equivalent days added on please

    As you are aware this matter is being reviewed and the programmers are working on this. If any compensation will be issued then it will be announced in the Official Announcement section of the forum.

    Well since past history has shown that BP will likely not compensate us for the wasted days, I will not compensate BP with more money. I have cancelled my subscription's again until further notice. Looks like it is getting to be time to start playing another game, one that works!

    Please contact our Customer Care Team, stating you have the doubler this will be reviewed if you had during the two days of missing glitters this will be resolved.
