Why is there no announcement for this?
This is obviously a known issue, since support/forum is normaly very slow on my server i mostly use this forum, but now there is nothing here too...

I have gotten no reward twice, must be the kings booty bag that is the problem because i already have design and i get the reward when its crystals

 

If you have received any of the designs and then received empty rewards from the bossmap, please contact support with the logbook entry of the sinkings of the Ladons/Ketos.

Please also show the log book entry showing that you have received the design. You will not get the booty bag reward if you have not won the design previously.
