TEST FOR LVL 29

    Where can i start test for lvl 29 , because in Walter Buckingham in safe port in 27/2 i can't start
    i finished every quest of lvl 28 and still cant start ;/

    You should be able to start your 28-29 Quest (Strike at the Heart) at Walter Buckingham like you said. If that is not the case then I implore you to check these Quest Givers; Gwyneth Belina Fairfax (22/1), Robin Cabin Boy (24/1), Barnacle Ballard (22/1) and Monroe Robinson (24/1) for any Quest which matches the name in this list:
    For the Glory
    Golly Gosh!
    Gee Whizz!
    Bothersome Blackwall
    Birds of a Feather
    Balancing the Books
    Jeepers Creepers
    A Final Task
    The Truth Hurts
    Infernal Affairs
    ​
    If none of them Quests can be found then it appears that there may be an issue with that Quest, and it would be best if you contact support so they can check and pass on the information to the developers.

    There is also a spreadsheet which contains all this information I recommend you look at, the Pirate Tests are located at the very bottom, with the Daily Quests located just above.
