PURCHASE FAILURE/ERRO

    I have recently just purchased the crate of glory pack, on the 3/6/2017 at around 11:30 AM to be exact, yet after purchasing the package the screen just said error but I have checked my online banking to see that in fact the money has been taken but I haven't received my items, I have opened a ticket through BIGPOINT but to no avail have I yet had a reply, I thought by posting here it may speed the process up and as it is 90.00 pounds of my money spent but no items given, I'm hoping this post may shine a little more light on the subject and get a much hastier response.

    Same thing happened to me when I bought The Masters Voodoo Crate yesterday after the Mega Happy Hour, error message received, money taken from account but nothing given to my account, I also filed a ticket to support and still haven't gotten a response.

    Hey ,

    did you contact payment Support or just standard Support ? Posting anything like that in forum wont make any diff , why ? cos Payment Support and regular Support are two diff things m8 . Hope everything will be fine and you will get your items. Please be patient.

    Thanks for the reply, how do I contact payment support because I've been sending tickets and they've replied with this but no items have been yet to be sent to my account;

    Our system detected a security breach due to all the purchase attempts you made. As a result, multiple payment methods were deactivated. When making orders in the future, ensure that all information entered is correct. Please also ensure that you do not select payment methods which may be rejected by payment providers. Multiple failed payment attempts may result in payment methods being blocked.
    If you have never ordered anything for your account, please place small orders at first and then wait a few moments. Over time you can then make more orders more often.

    They still took the money even after the response, yet no items, long story short, I had to unblock bigpoint through my bank by phoning them up but by then it was already too late, took most accessible payment methods off me and have still took the money

    I'll be sending the bank statements as soon as it comes through, takes fairly long for them to take the money
