What is wrong with the Toolbar Menus?

I log in and several items I have previously placed have disappeared from the Toolbars. And not just the two extra Toolbars. Also from the two Main Toolbars. I logged in and my Powders and Armors were gone so I had to move them back. This happens a lot! Extremely annoying! What's going on?

I know this is going to annoy you, but to get a developer to check your account and see if it is an issue with your account or over all players, please leave your user id and server, so I can get this reviewed.

 

No problem Seren. My Account ID: 40/39576125; Server is U.S. East Mega Server 10. And I wanted to mention that this happens on and off, so I hope they can see the problem. I have to move items on my secondary Toolbars (the ones with the +/- signs) back when they vanish.
Additionally, I have at least twice a week this problem: An item in one of my original Toolbars (like item slot #7 in my left main Toolbar which is Swiftstones) vanishes and when I replace it back in slot 7, it also goes to the top - where I had item slot 1 (hollows) - but also remains in the item 7 slot too. So I delete the item 1 duplicate and put back my hollows which I normally keep in item slot 1. Plus - I suddenly get *Eleven* slots for items instead of Ten. I then move every remaining item below item 1 (hollows) up one slot because I don't know if this "Eleventh" slot will vanish later or not. I have had this problem for at least 6 months, but kept my mouth shut since I know the developers are overwhelmed. Thank you. Any help is appreciated.

This also happens to me at times.

A piece of advice, if you remove something from your Toolbar, F5, then place a new item (even if it is the same item) into the toolbar, then F5 again. This prevents the item being added to the first slot and creating an additional slot. and prevents any other errors.

Its a bit of a pain but a lot easier in the long run I find.
