    So I wanted to see so did test buy screen shot showing if buy small pack get staff for 1 week right? http://prntscr.com/fnnh8m

    So I bought 2 and still have not received the 2 weeks!

    This from logbook:
    2017-06-24 07:37:40 200 x Crystals credited to account. Reason: Payment Pack

    Payment problems will need to be sent to Support mate, they are unable to help with this on the forum I believe.

    I will state that upon reading other language forums, you are not the only one with this issue, some players have bought the Large Crystal Pack and not received their Behemoth Repair Staff either.

    In regards to your tripler, I also had a similar issue a couple of years ago. The reason I did not received x2 the pearls instead of x3 was due to their being a Banking Doubler active on my account before the Tripler. I.e.
    You have the following on your account in order:
    x2
    x2
    x3
    x2

    Then you buy a pack which contains a tripler, it gets added to the end:
    x2
    x2
    x3
    x2
    x3

    So when you purchase pearls you will first get a x2, then second time you purchase pearls you will get a x2, then finally on the third time you will get x3.

    In my opinion they should bring back a way to easily see which Banking Multipliers you have on your account.

    Started account March 2017 have never bought pack with a banking doubler the happy event bundle comes with a trippler and on April 1st bought the big pearl pack for castle days and got 2.1 times pearls and payment support 1st tried to say was not on MHH so showed them receipts for the trippler and pearl pack then they come back with all items given at time of purchase so then showed the from logbook did not get the 3x they just closed ticket so file complaint and July 1 will be 3 months ago last thing I got from them after sending another ticket with all proof was we can not prove that you didn't receive and closed, my logbook shows what I received but not good enough I guess. I have heard nothing about the filed complaint and I bet you I never will. Do not have any faith in payment support at all to do anything! I did send a ticket but from all past experience with them don't see this going anywhere either.

    Well 2x 750,000 = 1,500,000 and logbook post was 2017-04-01 02:43:09 1650000 pearls purchased. 1'650'000 Pearls so do not know how they can say can't prove what I received that's right after the purchase from account logbook. I learned from old account and dealing with Bigpoint to keep all receipts but seems they have no need to even look at proof just if system rips you off to bad.

    Some payment methods give a 10% bonus of virtual currency. 10% more of 1,500,000 = 1,650,000 so maybe that was the reason?

    What's so hard to understand Happy Event Bundle is with a Banking 3x not a 2x with 10% bonus plain and simple they flat out ripped me off 600,000 pearls! You can defend and come up with just as many lines as them but proof of what was bought paid for and was received from them with receipts and they still won't do anything just as with repair staff not getting so why would I spend money to not get what's advertised glad I did not drop another $200.00 to get ripped off. The payment support is so out dated and getting them to do anything with proof is a JOKE! Yoy and everybody playing this game knows this as FACT!

    I understand exactly what you are saying, I also understand exactly what Banking Multiplier comes with the Happy Event Bundle as I use it often, x3 as you say. At no point was I defending anyone or "coming up with lines". I was explaining to you the way the Banking Multipliers work, and how you could have received the amount you did. I provided information and advice quickly as I do in countless other threads throughout this forum, often saving players the time of waiting for a Moderator response which is (the majority of the time) correct and easy to understand.

    As you appear to be rather frustrated, understandably I might add, I shall simply suggest again you contact Support with this query.

    With that, my presence in this thread is done. I hope both of your issues get corrected and you continue to have fun on Seafight.
