    They just don't get it go they received part but not all and don't even look at screen shots or proof when sending in on not receiving stuff you buy so looks like ripped off again just like the 600,000 pearls, I ordered 2 small crystal packs comes with 1 week each repair staff look at screen shot OK. http://prntscr.com/fnnh8m

    There was no repair staff included and was right packs so glad I did not spend the 200 for 2 large packs crystals or pearls and ends noon tomorrow looks like will just miss out BP don't need our money!

    Contact normal support, and just say that you didnt receive the Repair Staff you were supposed too, they will probably credit it to your account. The problem with Payment Support is there is no where to type your problem... :(

    Will try but they seem to always say payment issue write payment support 2 days now and got this garbage back. This is one of the many reason players quit this game lack of game support.

    Well lets hope so because payment keeps saying I received the packs which I did but no repair staff and it seems they don't care about not getting all of advertised sales abd just keep closing ticket.     What did I tell you this is what I got from normal support:Just the run around game blowing people off not giving what's advertised Period!
