payments ?

Why are moderators been given free items as a mod payment ? surely they should be only given a moderator discount nothing more ?
on my server there using theses `free` items to take event rankings and even shoot enemy guilds towers !
personally I find this disgusting and would like bigpoint to review this .

 

Yes i agree it should be reviewed. They are doing a job and getting payed virtual currency to do it.

They should not receive any discount but they should receive an hourly paid rate.

 

IF free items are given as moderator payments, that would not make them free, it would make it a wage. Moderators are not given a wage, their work is voluntary, however they are entitled to bonuses.

What if any bonuses a moderator gets is between the moderator and bigpoint. You feedback will again be forwarded to the appropriate people.

I would also like to state that queries like this should be forwarded as you have done several times to support as the moderator team are unable to comment on this. If you have a complaint against a moderator you can report it to our support team. Please include details and any proof you have and our Managers will investigate it for you.

An hourly paid rate would be very welcome
