unable to log onto my boat

Whenever I try to log onto my boat, I get the following message : http://prntscr.com/h7yejm
I have tried many times and this is the only thing that happens.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

try checking the link go on google and put in the search engine seafight.com or what ever internet u using and try logging in again if not its your browser

Yes indeed. I have tried several browsers, IE,Firefox,Opera, and Chrome.

try logging on via sea fight at this site http://www.bigpoint.com/ worked for me when I had same problem

if u dont get this nevermind forget it lol

 

Its a link to screenshot. I have it on Chrome. No the http stays black.

Could you please clear your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC after.

I know you have done this many times previously, however your account 40/19642879 is working as designed. I have reviewed your account and would like you to again try to log in. Should you have the same issue please send a new ss showing the date and time you try.

I notice the ss you originally sent is for int 10 which is for Global America 2, and yet your account that you state you can not log in with is in US1 Eastcoast. Please confirm the user name, user id and server on the account which you are experiencing issues.
