Buccaneers Bounty

Hi - I don't get it.....in the "Buccaneer Bounty Extras" you can upgrade accessories like chains, storm lanterns and row boat to Levels 1 and 2. It indicates that you need # of Level 0 plus crystals.
Ok - sounds easy! But doesn't seem so.....
I have 100 chains, I used to have pearl row boat and a ton of pearl lanterns but now none as they were removed.

So, where are the Level 0 items to be obtained from?

Figures - now next dumb question from me - where is payment section? I looked in the pearlie market place but nothing listed....thanks for your help...

Edit: I looked back at Announcements and there were three packages offered "Excellent Extensions" in early October.....Why wouldn't they be offered now also to coincide with the Buccaneer Bounty offering.....strange marketing strategy....

 

Yeah, the packages have not been brought out for purchase again yet. They were available once in the payment section but now we have had two upgrading opportunities with no way of purchasing them.

I'm also wondering why they would give us the option to upgrade them since we only had one chance to buy them in October, don't they realize a lot of players have few to none of those extensions?
