Missing Winter Event Design

Hey ,

ive got a problem with claiming the winter event design . I do have 6 parts but can't seem to find an exchange button or something like that anywhere. Could some1 help me out ?

I did receive that last part today after snowman ranking ended , however theres no design on my list at all

maybe some1 had the same problem and know how to sort it out ?
maybe its a global problem and no 1 who collected all 6 parts by ranking had it credited yet ?
or maybe Seren can sort it out for me pretty pleasee ?

Some of our players report the problem that they collected the pieces of the winter puzzles but they didn’t get the puzzle ship design (it’s not booked automatically). I forwarded the problem to the devs and they are trying to find out how many players are concerned. At the same time, our QA tried to reproduce the bug but they couldn’t. Now we are still trying to find out about the circumstances in which case it won’t be booked automatically. Therefore it would help us to know about the following:

• Which puzzles pieces did you collect if you have been affected?
• How did you get those pieces (via candy canes, did you buy them etc.)?

There are a lot of possible combinations of those things so it would help us to find some similarities. Perhaps then we can get a clue why the ship design isn’t booked correctly.

I collected all parts from rankings aside from the Domination Arena piece that I picked up for Candy Canes.

In my case that was Snowman Puzzle Piece.

All my puzzle parts were won by rankings + one from event chest.

 

I received 1 piece from chest,paid for gift chasing and domination map piece with candy canes and the rest from rankings.

 

We thank all those that took the time to answer our queries. We know that you are impatient and that it’s a very annoying problem because you are happy that you get the prize and then it isn’t booked. We will solve the problem as soon as possible and we will take care that no pirate looses anything.

All players who finished the puzzle will get the design even if it is not booked automatically when you get the last puzzle piece.

The work on this topic continues and now, we need more important information from you.

We need to know the amount of players that are concerned with this issue in our community. Unfortunately, we will need the numbers to do an estimation of the following steps. So we are required to report the amount of players that are having this issue by this evening at the latest so that they can define the procedure before the weekend starts.
