Support Would anyone appreciate a downloadable calculator?

Hi, I'm learning to develop apps and thought this may be a fun project, I'd focus on damage calcs and it would be very comprehensive tell me what you think!

 

Nice idea! BigPoint did have one in the forums a while ago but it has since been outdated. I assume you're thinking more of a PC app than a phone app which would be ideal. I've seen a few others before that people had made on websites which were good, but a program would be helpful too and I expect you could design a better UI for the app.

I'm happy to help where I can and I like to think I know a good amount about game mechanics, but there are others out there with more technical know-how around accessing game code to obtain exact figures for example.

Thanks for the encouragement, yes it would be a desktop app I'm thinking about, any help you can provide would be great, I know the basics of how damage is calculated and how to factor in crit etc but there's a lot of items now that impact final damage so lots to think about, just reply here if you think you know something obscure I'm likely to miss
