Is this Possible (legitimately)?

Look at this pirate's Ship Speed (he is super-fast for "773"), his Reload Time, and Hit Probability! Can these be legit?

Level 8 reloader -2.4 seconds
Full firestorm cannons - 6 second reload
Cabin boys -40% reload
6 - 2.4 = 3.4 seconds - 40% =2.16 reload

Speed you can easily get to 773.

Base speed with 3 sails + pilot is 583
40 Speed gem on design
50 Speed gem on pet
8/8 Center Board +80 Speed
8/8 Stern Post +80 Speed
Skills 6/6 +75 Speed
Shipwright Schematics +1 sail 53 speed
Queens Legacy +20% Speed
Hour Glass +20% Speed

Hit probability, that is actually low you can get your hit probability over 140.

So yes they are legit.

Yes....I misread the Hit Probability and thought it was 192.25%. On Ship Speed: I myself have been over 800 in Speed, but never moved at the speed he did. What was funny was he fired one shot at a time of burning ice ammo to continually freeze me. He was just messing with me...pretty funny! Thank you for your help mate!
