    Ahoy,

    Can you please try zooming in as far as you can and sitting as close to The Arbiters image as you can, sometimes you need to be very close to hand in Quest Items.

    Can you please let me know if this resolves your problem?

    Ahoy,

    My apologies, I have just noticed that you need to return that quest to Ajax, the other Quest Giver in map 17, not The Arbiter.

    Has this now solved your problem?
