Seren i have a question

i have been told before that cm and gm cannot mod chat on the same server as they play.due to biased reasons.is this true?

 

no i dont believe this to be true anymore since the merger it would make it very hard to find mods most mods are unbiased and very fair regardless

I am afraid who ever told you that has there information wrong.

All of our moderators treat all pirates exactly the same, they all work to the best of their abilities and are trusted completely in how they carry out their jobs.

If you do have any complaints about a moderator, it can be made by contacting our support team, via the ticket method and it will be reviewed.

Many of our moderators, obviously have enemies in guilds and on their servers, and many many times a fair ban is classed as being biased by a moderator because they feel it was done because of who they are or who they sail with. This is incorrect, and you guys have to remember that if you are banned it is because you have broken the rules, it is not who you are or what tag you sail in.

ok i just had to ask because a former mod was the one that told me they couldnt mod there own servers they play on

i accidentally spend my 400K plus pearls on pirates that i did not want, i wanted the regular ones for gold, please reimburse my account with the pearls and remove the pearl pirates. total spent was like 440,000 pearls. i was saving up for deck improvements. i am hoping this is possible as it has taken me over a year to earn them. I tried submitting a ticket through normal channels but all i get is an error message. please assist in this matter.

In the future could you please create your own post in the Technical Issues section of the forum, that way it causes less confusion and prevents hijacking of another players thread. Not forget to include your Server and User ID.

Although an error is shown when contacting support, if you get the captcha message appear when sending your email to support then you can be assured that the ticket has been sent. If you do not get this please try again after 24 hours.

We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving this.
