Voucher Codes?

i got 2 emails from big point this morning with voucher codes both say valid until march 31,2018. they are saying not valid when i try to put them on my boat. are they not active yet?

I have almost the same problem, I didnt get any codes on my E-mail.

Have you give this code out to anyone ? because they only work once

 

The code was sent out to all player there had confirming their email address and subscribe to the newsletter.

 

No they have not been sent to all I have 2 accounts and have been for a very long time tried to find out why stopped getting newsletters. Support says can not see anything wrong with email but have not received newsletter for over 2 years now! I was when they had was called top gamers club but BP ended top gamers club and have not gotten newsletters since. Oh both accounts newsletter tab says YES! I also receive every receipt back to that email when buying items with payment so I know not email not blacklisted support says it's not last time a tried to get this issue resolved also. Just another issue with game that looks as if not being looked into on a broken system!

If you have not receive he code then is because you didn't have confirming your email address and subscribe to the newsletter.

LOL, so because of the fact that i did not subscribe to the newsletter because normally there is only spam, i now do not get any reward? I think not many have subscribed, and by not giving people a second chance, or by not sending message on forum a week ago they screwed up....

At least fix that people can get there reward via support or something like that, this is ridiculous.

 

What was in the code anyways? before everybody starts making a fuss about 5 elmo's fires

That's a bald face not true statement of FACT as you can see clearly it is showing as you said and how many times does 1 person have to verify an email? As stated never was a issue until Bigpoint killed top gamers club. So please come up with a better line ok same copy and paste garbage support sending out! I was born at night but not last night OK. System is broke and just blowing people off with this garbage! Oh wait is it rewards to botters and exploiters? Then that might explain why I and some did not get, liget players left out now that's about right!

Seems they give a code to some and try to Edit many to quit this game maybe!

As players have been made aware, you will only have received the email with the code if you have verified your email, subscribed to the newsletter and it is not being blocked by your email provider. The code provided is also only usable once.

If you have not received your codes and believe it is not one of the reasons listed above, then you shall have to contact support. We here on the forum are unable to help you with your request.
