    I have boarded over 100 VCM Bloodfang NPCs (yes, over 100!) and I have only received 1 'Deceptive Plans', could you check if there is an error occuring?

    The word from above is as follows: There is no error; this is an extremely difficult quest. It will require more patience on your part to complete it. I can understand your frustration.
