Can you give some tip on how to make the group map? what best to choose? 3 tanks, 1 dmg and 1 healer? We tried 3 times yesterday without succes lol

 

I hate it when big players pick on smaller boats that do not have the big guns....like me....are bigpoint really considering a hange towards that approach?

I dont like how much shinys there are and the fact that getting mojos is about as rare as getting doomhammers free...

your prices are unacceptable..your deals are unacceptable...evrryhtingn you offer for 30 bucks or higher with more content last onlt a few *edit* days...why would I spend that money for that less ammoutn of time for that much????

if,I buy a package with crystals,ammo cannons rep items and stuff I would expect enough to last 3 months for 50 bucks....start making deals like that furst....

Why is the top reward for Solomaps different for each player? 40k pearls, yes, but other top players are getting 4 dragons, 2 simbi together in one map.

Im getting only 1-2 dragons, everytime, while lvl 30 players ++ are getting the double of amount - and simbi amulett everytime.

Care to explain this unjustice?

 

Ok. Here is how we do it:
We have a setup like yours - three tanks, one healer, one dmg. All have guardian, while sometimes a tank or the dps goes on sellsword. Tanks take the red bomb together. If they are low healer and damager also share in red bomb dmg, but generally we have tanks take all red bomb dmg. Blue bomb you leave offcause. If somebody dies their mainpurpose is tanking bombs and do whatever dmg they can with sellsword. If everybody has guardian and tanks remember to stay together for red bomb, it's no problem and for us it's 12 mins. average this way with midlevel boats.

If atleast one tank has guardian, and healer has guardian and lvl 2 cannons, it should be no problem. Just make sure the tanks share red bomb. it's all about the red bomb.

A few useful facts: only admiral can place bombs, red bomb is 1m hp shared, blue bomb is 200k dmg to everyone in the area.

i think later when everyone knows dynamics there will be 2 dps, 2 tanks, one healer. With dps using guardian on minions and sellsword on boss, and maybe one tank switching to sellsword on boss if not hit by it. This setup would be secure and almost double speed of the beforementioned.

 

You can do group map fast with 3 hitters and 2 strong tanks. Tanks just tank the npcs and dmgs kill. The 2 tanks support each other and we all get in for the red thing. Try it

 

pvp is in the game weather you like it or not just because you cant get a quest done doesnt mean stop pvp i got to level 25 just fine doing it with help from only a few and yes i do spend some money every now and then on good packs but in the beggining of the game there was pvp and till the end of the game there will be pvp and your point theres always someone bigger than you yes there is, but if you were full doomhammer you gonna tell me you wouldnt sink the small ships or you would just shoot others full doomhammer? come on just get ur account up by doing scrolls entering chalice and getting some packs occasionally and stop complaining about what the game is

 

PvP is a lot different now in 2018. 0 PVE maps.. Think about it, how is BP going to keep any players now with 0 PVE maps? Newbies didn't have level 35 boats in 1 map sinking them with 1 shot. Like come on, lmao.

Give the newbies at least 1 PVE map, jee as if population isn't low enough as it. "Yeah lets make the problem worse and make more people quit".


Great event though, been hauling in over a million pearls per day.

 

This game definitely needs some PVE maps if it has any chance of survival, otherwise without them new players simply will not bother about this game after a few hours of being slaughtered by the bigger ships.

I never could see the point and still can't in big ships just going round and sinking newbies with just one or two shots, there is no sport, challenge or enjoyment in this unless the big ship owner is a 'saddo' powermad sicko type individual who derives pleasure out of bullying.

Three of the bottom maps should be PVE if this game stands any chance of encouraging new players! With the rest placed in logical numerical order.

Yes that is very high level. I can imagine how great that works if hitters share in on red bomb. We now use one lead tank, two weak tanks, two strong hitters. Tanks share red bomb and all have guardian. Yours must be much faster. I will propose that we try sharing red on all 5 players and use two tanks and 3 hitters like you.

 

it takes the heat off them shooting fellow guild members who`ve dropped tags temp or ally members ,,to push battle points to gain rewards !

I pretty much gave up on the birthday event...
I tried the group maps and sinle map...
263 slots with queen legacy is not enough...

156k damage is not enough....

I stop wasting my earned pearls buying confetti ammo...went through 150k pearls to keep playing this event....

stopped becuase it was backscaling my boat building progress.....

I'm on the quest to defeat 2 Scorpion Mark. I haven't had any chance to get the item to create these (I have lots of the Serpents Mark) and haven't seen many of the Scorpions on the map. I've been searching for day. Is it worth doing this quest or is the next quest the one where you have to shoot the Cursed Light, that I've never seen yet? If its not worth bothering with, I'll stop looking and move on to doing the new normal quests.

 

There's probably some nice stuff in the end of the questcline. It will most certainly be worth doing. Often there's 5 voodoo cannons in one of the last quests, but maybe there's something better this time since voodoo cannons is now like cheap candy. I don't know but I think there might be. Scorpion mark is gotten from last shoot on the event admiral or purchased (with crowns, ouch). If you are not in a guild and does not have pirate lvl 21 yet you can probably achieve both by ease before the event finishes and thereby still make the quest line. Getting to 21 is not that much of a pain.

 

with your setup you can get the 20k pearl reward from singlemap easy. Just go for either packs 4, 5, 6, 7 or 1, 2, 3, 8 in the picture below. imgur. com/a/R14zf

Getting the 20k pearl reward is really easy. I spend 14k ammo on single map so maybe you'll spend like 18k idk. Definitely profit! Also it seems that the emperor booty bag chance is 1/10 no matter if you save 4 npcs or all 8. Plus there's the crowns, the dragonfires lvl 2, the mojos, the amulets. singlemap is worth doing for all players! You will not be able to make the 40k pearl reward using that setup though. Maybe if you level to 21 for sellsword and the 100 voodoos it might be possible.

Same with multimap. You can either leech or get lvl 21 and help. I definitely carried many noobs through multimap - mostly guild members though. If all players are f2p level 21 I suspect the multimap will take 30 mins. Reward is 80k pearls and +60 radiant souls each game. In my opinion the multimap is a masterpiece. the penalty from dying is a bit rough, but it can really be done at many levels from having 2 healers and three tanks constantly moving away for repairs to 3 tanks and 2 damagers all having close to 150% hit probability and doing it in one go with average times of 4 mins. Also there's so much diversity in the maps. I really think the multimap is good content. Much worse rewards than singlemap offcause but still. In our teams we normally spend 150-250k ammo, I think, for the summed rewards of 400k pearls and 300 souls. While offcause the radiant souls have very little value at this point for most players since they're now only good for the exchange values - i.e. we'll probably get a little stack of confetti ammo for our spare souls.

In sum: Both maps can be played by players at all levels, and it takes very little to get a decent f2p boat since the quests to level 21 are not that hard. With level 21 you might not still be able to do 40k pearl reward on single map or be a true asset to a multimap group, but you can definitely profit.

My critique of the event is much different: 1) I really think the repetitiveness of singlemap is too much. Only random thing is if we crit or not, and for most of us it doesn't matter anyway. 2) the prices - *edit*. I understand the business strategy, I really do. I spend many times more on SF the past month than I spend on any other game for my entire existence. I really think this is a sound business strategy, but I also think lawfull regulation of stuff like this should be considered - capped in some way. It is simply unethical having cheap packs to support the purchace of large ones. When I actively think about the intended thought proces of SF consumers I am really discusted that I am manipulated in this way. Like all others I consider the small pack first. Okay $20 might not be that much, I spend that much before. Then I am accustomed to the idea of buying the small pack. "But wait, something is lacking. And there's all this junk in the pack too. I need to buy the big pack, because only the big pack has all good stuff and it's a "better" offer. If I only buy this small pack I am getting ripped off.". Now a big pack is €90. This time we have birthday discount - what a great way to introduce the priceincreases: "prices on the pack you're gonna buy has risen, but you get this huge discount now". It's just really unethical, really cynical, and the effect of it is a massive lowering of your consumers selfconfidence - we all feel it. You are manipulating us, you are screwing us over, and we are willingly accepting it. €90 for THE pack. *edit*! It's such a high price that you need 3 supporting packs and 15 days to make us buy it. When I leave, I will not return! I know it's just the price of running this kind of scheme, and it's all worth it economically. But *edit*! This is not okay!
